They put a casting call out to people to play the character and interviewed several disabled actors, but Colton Dunn really embodied the character.

  5. When I first watched Superstore I didn’t realize Colton Dunn was also the animal control guy in P&R. I assumed he was disabled in real life and that’s why his character was in a wheelchair. I spit my drink out on a P&R rewatch when I recognized him and he was walking.
