Michael Mental (born July 6, 1985) is an American college football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, a position his had held since the 2023 season.

The 2023 season was the first year for Mickey Mental as the head coach of the Weber State football program. Mental also serves as the offensive coordinator for the Wildcats. During his first season in 2023, Mental led Weber State to a 6-5 overall finish, WSU’s ninth-straight winning season.
Mickey slowly matured as the show progresses, becoming less violent and aggressive and more kinder to people, something which results in mockery by the rest of his family.
