Joseph Anthony Greenaway Jr. is an American lawyer who served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 2010 to 2023. He also previously sat on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1996 to 2010.

Greenaway will retire from the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in June, as the court is poised to become evenly split between Democratic and Republican appointees. Greenaway is a 12-year veteran of the Philadelphia-based court and was elevated to the circuit by Barack Obama in 2010.
