Rob Likens (born September 5, 1967) is an American football coach who is currently the wide receivers coach and co-offensive coordinator at Southern Methodist University. He is the former offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Arizona State University .
Rob Likens is entering his second season as Miami Hurricanes’ wide receivers coach in 2021. Likens, who spent the 2018-19 seasons as offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach at Arizona State, joined the Hurricanes staff prior to the 2020 season.
Likens spent two seasons as the Offensive Coordinator at Southeast Missouri State (2004-05), and served six seasons at Temple (1998-2003) and North Alabama (1992-97). His North Alabama team became the first program in NCAA scholarship football to win three consecutive national championships.
The Likens wound up spending eight days in a hotel room at the Dadeland Marriott waiting for what Rob said “seemed like forever” to get into their new house in Pinecrest.
