Chick is one of the top three best race cars in the Piston Cup, but only reaches the title by being aggressive to fellow racers by wrecking them and sabotaging them (seemingly, the race officials do not even care, they just allow him to play dirty just because he's on the top 3, which is only due to him playing unfairly).
