Meanwhile, Russell (David Spade) convinces Timmy (Adhir Kalyan) to break off his engagement to Suneetha (guest star Nazneen Contractor). After Russell admits his feelings for her, Timmy thinks that his boss has sunk to all-new low, until he learns the truth from Adam (Oliver Hudson).
Meantime, when Russell (David Spade) finds out his new fling (a psychotherapist), Ellen (Guest Star: Perrey Reeves), won't see him as a patient, he quickly gets creative and decides to use Timmy (Guest Star: Adhir Kalyan) to find out why he is the way he is.
