Parents need to know that Drunk Parents is an intentionally offensive comedy starring Alec Baldwin and Salma Hayek. As the title indicates, the characters make a bad decision while under the influence but then double-down on both the poor choices and the alcohol consumption.

Parts of this film turned out to be very funny. I was laughing out loud quite a lot. The plot was stupid, but the actors made the most of things, often successfully. I am very glad I didn't look at the IMDB rating first (currently 3.7), or I would never have given this film a chance.
Why is “Drunk Parents” rated R? The MPAA rating has been assigned for “language throughout and crude sexual references.”
