- Ben Browder as John Crichton. Farscape's Lead Protagonist. When Farscape reached its conclusion, Browder immediately secured a role in another sci-fi franchise.
- Claudia Black as Aeryn Sun. Moya's Resident Sebacean. As well as moving on to make many appearances in the Stargate franchise, Black continued to receive roles in both films and television.
- Lani Tupu as Bailar Crais. He Also Voiced Pilot Moya's Navigator. Tupu's filmography since his departure from Farscape is one of the most consistent, with no more than two years between castings.
- Gigi Edgly as Chiana. She Became Part Of The BlackJack Franchise. After Farscape, Edgly landed the role of Liz Kempson in the Australian film series, BlackJack.

Black told SYFY WIRE in 2022 that her Aeryn Sun character was “the heart” of Farscape, and through all four seasons (plus the Peacekeeper Wars), Black evolved the human-like alien role from that of a cold soldier to a mother and empath who provides the anchor for other characters’ varying emotions.
- Anthony Simcoe. Anthony Simcoe in Farscape; Anthony Simcoe in 2002. Underneath all those burly prosthetics, actor Anthony Simcoe gave Luxan warrior Ka D’Argo a characteristically take-charge and often stormy personality.
