Given that his tattoos are clearly in the Japanese style, contextually, the swastika does not imply affiliation to Nazism. Swastikas are used to represent Buddhism in Japan. If you look on Google maps, they are used to denote the locations of Buddhist temples. He still seems like a dirtbag though.
