   Did John Beal fix a leaking roof?

   • John Beal was the last roofer to come out, but said the problem was the flashing, which is what the previous two had said. So they "fixed" that and I assumed the leak was fixed. I couldn't tell until there was another hard rain and the water trickled all the way downstairs.
