It’s a common side effect of a Parkinson’s anti-tremor medication called Carbidopa-Levodopa. The person isn’t consciously making these movements. So Gosar more than likely does have Parkinson’s and hasn’t gone public with it even though people are asking and it’s impossible to hide at this point.
