Castel Sant’Angelo – 15 minute walk
Once the site of Emperor Hadrian’s tomb, then a fortress, a castle, and now a museum covering two thousand years’ worth of Roman history. Very nice views from the top and photos on Ponte Sant’Angelo practically take themselves, it’s that photogenic. The area alone is worth a visit.
