It all ties back to 31… Baskin-Robbins was founded on one simple idea. Ice cream should be an every day treat and everyday should have a new flavor to enjoy. That’s why our founders, Burt and Irv, launched 31 flavors – so you could have a new one every day of the month.

Jan 17, 2018 · By the time of the 31st anniversary, Baskin-Robbins had already accumulated more than 500 flavors. The previous year, they had come out with several flavors made for the U.S. bicentennial celebration, including Yankee Doodle Strudel, Valley Forge Fudge, Concorde Grape and Minuteman Mint.
