Big Brothers Big Sisters pioneered youth mentoring in 1904. We are the industry leader in mentoring services to children. An independent national study found kids involved in our mentoring programs were more likely to graduate and stay out of trouble when compared to their peers without mentors.
As a Big Sister, you can give a girl an opportunity to see beyond her everyday world and dream big. It’s good for your Little, as well as your community. And it can start with simply letting her enjoy the things you already love to do, but can grow into something bigger.

Big Brother Big Sister Foundation turns gently used goods into treasure. And what greater treasure exists than the future of a child? BBBSF collects used clothing, converts it into cash and distributes the proceeds to mentoring programs supporting more than 20,000 “Littles” & “Bigs” across Massachusetts.
