Buckle Up is a unique perk belonging to Ashley J. Williams. It was added to the game on 2 April 2019 in patch 2.6.3 as part of the Ash vs. Evil Dead Chapter . In the last 14 days, 0.38 % of Survivor s have had it equipped making it the 92nd most used Survivor perk in that time.
Basically, if anyone was unaware, Buckle Up is getting reworked. It used to grant up to 10 seconds of Endurance to both survivors after one picks up the other from the dying state. Now, it gives a 150% speed boost for 5 seconds to the downed survivor. They do not become exhausted.
