George Moran (Adelard Cunin) in January 1943, released from Police custody after getting in a street fight with a Coast guard sailor. An inebriated Moran (Creme de menthe drank that evening) kept harrassing the Coast guard sailor to join him in a robbery. The guard refused and fists started flying.
