The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is the currency of Morocco. Tourist-friendly shops may take Euros or US dollars. A small tip is appreciated when dining in restaurants. In taxis, just round up to the nearest 5 dirhams, e.g. if the taxi meter says 17, pay 20.
