    The Senior Citizens Commission studies, reviews, evaluates and makes recommendations to the City Council on any matters affecting elderly people in the City, including health, education, employment, housing, transportation and recreation.   4. Program Information. Camp San Jose is available at multiple locations throughout San Jose and runs weekly camps Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. for youth ages 5 –12. There is no camp on two City holidays: Juneteenth and Fourth of July. Summer 2024 Registration Information.
