CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Investigators believe Bobby Phills of the Charlotte Hornets was racing with teammate David Wesley at more than 75 mph when Phills lost control of his 1997 Porsche 993 Cabriolet, skidded into oncoming traffic and was killed.
