As of March 1, 2021, all new and renewing members now receive a digital membership card sent via email. While we will no longer mail out physical membership cards — if that is your preference, you may request one to be printed here at the Zoo on your next visit at the Membership Sales Booth or at our Customer Care office at admission gate 1.
