Eric Ellenbogen is an entertainment executive who has been involved in historic preservation in Palm Springs for two decades. He owns two significant Palm Springs properties, the James Logan Abernathy Residence (1962, William F. Cody) and the Blankenhorn-Gilmore Residence (1930, Garrett van Pelt, Jr.) on historic Smoke Tree Ranch.
