  3. The movie was charming, but very different from this sweet and simple book. Celestine the mouse and Ernest the bear go for a walk in the snow. Celestine drops her precious doll, a penguin. After making sure she is snug in bed, he goes to search for it, and finds the doll has been ruined by the snow.
