Synopsis. In Finding Dory, It's been one year since Dory helped Marlin rescue his son Nemo. The three of them have now become very close friends. One day when Dory remembers where her parents live, she, Marlin and Nemo head off on an epic quest to find them.
Dory may have trouble recalling exactly what—or who—she’s searching for, but she won’t give up until she uncovers her past and discovers something else along the way: self-acceptance. Dory is on a mission to the California coast to track down her family, and Marlin and Nemo are there to help her.
