Aug 22, 2013 · The original custom lite series is nothing like the newer ones. The feel is completely different. It still 'feels' like a Les Paul Custom instead of some stripped down version of it like the modern ones. The modern ones are still great guitars though and have started to become affordable again.

Aug 22, 2013 · I just wanted to say how much I really love my Les Paul Custom Lite...so much so, that I grabbed up a 2nd one when the last few came available. I understand that this model would probably not be popular enough to make it a permanent run, so a limited run was the way to go.
