Family owned and operated since 2014, Grist House Craft Brewery has become a Pittsburgh craft beer staple. Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, co-owners and brother-in-laws, Brian Eaton and Kyle Mientkiewicz, moved to Pittsburgh in 2010 and began homebrewing on weekends together.
