Great breakfast choices; it was not included but was very reasonably priced. The same restaurant also served an excellent meal in the early afternoon.

Mar 5, 2022 · 1652 posts. We stayed in Eixample which is a lovely neighborhood with beautiful architecture and very convenient. Easy to walk to Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). We stayed at Hotel Gran Via which we liked but that was in 2010. Check reviews for current info.

It's conveniently located in the Gothic Quarter, a short walk to the Cathedral, on a pedestrian-only street.....but "quiet" and "Barcelona" really don't belong in the same sentence.
