Teenager Carly Elias (Ari Meyers) is raped and murdered by a man named Peter Lipton (Adam Storke) after she accepts a ride home from him. When Peter is acquitted of Carly's murder to due to insanity, her mother, Laura (Donna Mills) decides to take matters into her own hands.
