Apr 12, 2016 · When restaurateur Mike Isabella and chef Jennifer Carroll originally came to the Mosaic District, the plan was to operate a pop-up of the French-Mediterranean Requin restaurant, and eventually transition the space to a spinoff of Isabella’s Kapnos Kouzina, which recently opened in Bethesda.
