Kyle "Shoulda Been A" Boller. It was bad. So bad that other fanbases with no ties to the Ravens were embarrassed he was in the league. I believe there was a horrendous Viking Ravens game in that time. I just looked it up and basically KB had the game of his life to knock the Vikes out of playoffs.
