Metacomet Country Club was a private golf club in East Providence, Rhode Island in the United States. It was incorporated in 1901 by five Rhode Island businessmen. The playing grounds were, at that time, in the Rumford section of East Providence.

McNeil says that Northeast Golf Company was able to save five additional greens, as well as, the practice putting green. However, Metacomet’s original back nine is gone.

May 2, 2023 · GolfNewsRI breaks that a nine-hole golf course will open on the Metacomet property sometime in 2024. The course will be called Met Links. Northeast Golf Company will begin work in June and that will take three to four months, so be done by August or September.
