Review by Scott Kelly ★★★ 1. Anyone with well worn copy of Nine Stories is bound to be disappointed at this sole authorized Hollywood adaptation of a J.D. Salinger story. We know J.D. was - even though producer Samuel Goldwyn had the script in the very best of hands with the Epstein brothers ( Casablanca, Four Daughters, Mr. Skeffington, etc.).
Recommendations. Night Unto Night. After being visited by an old friend, a woman recalls her true love, the man she met and lost years ago.
