Oliver Martin Johnston Jr. (October 31, 1912 – April 14, 2008) was an American motion picture animator. He was one of Disney's Nine Old Men, and the last surviving at the time of his death from natural causes. [1] [2] [3] He was recognized by The Walt Disney Company with its Disney Legend Award in 1989.

Ollie Johnston, the last surviving member of the group, died in 2008. Members. Les Clark (November 17, 1907 – September 12, 1979), "The Mickey Mouse Master", who joined Disney in 1927.
Frank and Ollie is a 1995 documentary film about the life and careers of Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston, two chief animators who had worked at Walt Disney Animation Studios from its early years until their retirement in the late 1970s. It was directed, produced and written by Theodore Thomas, Frank Thomas' son.
