Cillian Murphy Will Return
Though progress on the movie has been somewhat slow, the latest news confirms Cillian Murphy will return for the Peaky Blinders film. Though the Oscar winner's involvement in the project was in little doubt because of his immense importance to the story, Murphy was not confirmed to return as Tommy Shelby until March 2024. In other exciting news,the film will now begin shooting in September 2024. This update comes after several other filming start windows which turned out to be premature.
A Cinematic Continuation Is On The Way
Even if details have been scant, the Peaky Blinders movie is certainly confirmed and has been a work in progress for quite some time. While some comments from actors like Cillian Murphy cast doubt on the project, creator Steven Knight has been spearheading the film from the very beginning, and his production start time update is even more proof that the movie is coming soon.
