Raymond Hart Massey (August 30, 1896 – July 29, 1983) was a Canadian actor, known for his commanding, stage-trained voice. For his lead role in Abe Lincoln in Illinois (1940), Massey was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor.

Massey’s career as a film actor began in 1929 and extended to more than 50 motion pictures, including the film version of Abe Lincoln in Illinois, Arsenic and Old Lace, and East of Eden. During World War II he served as an officer in the Canadian Army, and, after becoming a U.S. citizen in 1944, he resumed his career in Hollywood and on Broadway.
