Robert Herridge’s history with Gilley’s stretches back to 1973, and even before that, Robert was a member of Johnny Lee and the Roadrunners when he was 16 in the late ‘60s. “Johnny Lee had just gotten out of the Navy and he wanted to start a band,” Robert recalls.
