He released an exercise video, Sid Caesar's Shape Up!, in 1985. [44] In 1987–89, Caesar appeared as Frosch the Jailer in Die Fledermaus at the Metropolitan Opera in New York. [ 45 ] In 1987, Caesar starred in the David Irving film The Emperor's New Clothes with Robert Morse as the Tailor.
This is a collection of two Sid Caesar sketch shows - Your Show Of Shows (1950-1954) and Caesar's Hour (1954-1957). While many individual sketches survive and are circulating, full intact/complete (or mostly complete) episodes are very rare and few circulate.
