KAUFMAN – A joint venture between the city and Cedar Crest Development is developing South Pointe Park, a $130 million, 52-acre mixed-use
Cedar Crest Development Company, LLC, signed a MOU with the City of Kaufman, Texas in November 2019 to develop South Pointe Park a 52 acres public-private partnership. The proposed $155 million dollars development will have a 265,000 square feet indoor sports facility, 101 rooms hotel, 85 units mixed-use apartment and 81 Brown Stones Condominiums.
