Takashi Mitsuya (三ツ谷 (みつや) 隆 (たかし) ,, Mitsuya Takashi?) is a founding member and the Second Division Captain (弐番隊 隊長, Niban-tai Taichō?) of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the older brother of Luna and Mana Mitsuya.
Hakkai and Mitsuya first met as children when Mitsuya stopped Hakkai from beating up another child. From then on, Mitsuya instilled his values in Hakkai, believing that Hakkai was protecting his sister from abuse.
Plot. Takemichi Hanagaki, a 26-year-old freeter, learns one day that his middle school ex-girlfriend, Hinata Tachibana, as well as her younger brother Naoto, have been killed by the Tokyo Manji Gang. Naoto deduces that every time they hold hands, Takemichi is transported 12 years into the past.
