The Deputy is an American Western television series starring Henry Fonda and Allen Case that aired on NBC from 1959 to 1961. Fonda portrayed Chief Marshal Simon Fry of the Arizona Territory and Case played Deputy Clay McCord, a storekeeper who tried to avoid using a gun.
The Deputy: Created by Roland Kibbee, Norman Lear. With Henry Fonda, Allen Case, Read Morgan, Wallace Ford. Clay McCord is who often helped Chief Marshal Simon Fry in 1880's Arizona territory. McCord eventually becomes Fry's Chief Deputy assigned to Silver City.
Deputy is an American procedural drama television series created by Will Beall. The project started development in October 2018. Fox made a put pilot commitment in January 2019 and then ordered to series in May 2019. The series aired from January 2 to March 26, 2020. In April 2020, Fox canceled the series after one season.
