The Villages, which covers four Florida counties, is comprised of many (and many more coming) neighborhood villages. Each neighbirhood village “typically” incudes. one or more 9-hole executive golf courses; a neighbhood postal box building for pick-up and drop-off of mail and packages; a sports pool (shallow depth forexercize, lap swims)

Top to bottom, The Villages currently measures about 14 miles long and its about 5 miles across at its widest point.

Aug 25, 2021 · The Villages is located approximately 25 miles south of Ocala and 65 miles northwest of Orlando, putting both cities within reach for day trips. Villagers can also drive 50 miles west to the Gulf Coast and 75 miles east to the Atlantic Coast.
Located in Central Florida, The Villages, Florida is placed comfortably about 30 minutes south of Ocala, an hour north of Orlando, and a half hour from Tampa. It’s location makes it feel like it’s own paradise, yet not too far from larger cities or beach towns.
