If you want to have lunch at Timanfaya National Park, you must bring your own/leased car, or find a tour-bus that includes lunch (I have not found any). Notice that when you visit by car (you are obliged to pay an entrance fee), you are eligible to get a tour by bus on the roads around the Timanfaya area.
