Since its first day in 1976 with seven farmers, Union Square Greenmarket has grown to host 140 regional farmers, fishers, and bakers spread out over four days. Lining the plaza that surrounds New York City’s historic Union Square, the Greenmarket hosts tens of thousands of customers during its busiest times.
