Vikram Malhotra. Chairman of the Americas. McKinsey & Company. Vik Malhotra is chairman of the Americas and a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he leads the practices in both North America and Latin America. Malhotra previously led McKinsey’s Northeast office and prior to that led McKinsey’s financial institutions practice.
At McKinsey since 1986, Malhotra has extensive experience in advising major financial institutions on growth strategy, performance transformation, organization design and operational improvement. He serves on McKinsey’s board of directors and as the vice chairman of the board at the Wharton Graduate School.
