Jun 7, 2020 · Vito Scotti: delivering Columbo goodies like ’twere 1973! Giving a boost to both Bauchau and Falk is Vito Scotti , the much-loved bit-part player in five 70s’ episodes who makes his series’ farewell in typically amiable style.
Vito Scotti appeared in 5 episodes of #Columbo and he is always a joy. As you say, he was excellent in all his roles; my personal favourite is his turn as the maître ‘d, in “Any Old Port in A Storm”. The way he looks Columbo up and down, then nonchalantly escorts him to the worst table in the house - it never gets old.
