Sep 21, 2021 · For 65 years, the Washington Irving Boat Club (WIBC) has provided dockage for Tarrytown boaters, as well as food, drink and entertainment at a popular riverside restaurant/bar on its premises. The club is located on a four-acre patch of land at 238 Green Street, just west of the Metro North tracks.
