  2. Schedule and Pools. À Contre-Courant ‘s workouts usually take place at : the swimming pool of the Cégep du Vieux Montréal (CVM), located at 255 Ontario St. East (at Sanguinet), in Montreal (Sherbrooke or Berri-UQAM metro stations). At the CVM, we normally use a 6-lane pool.
