The quest begins with Janice Felstone who is located in the house at Felstone Field (around 37,57) in Western Plaguelands. She'll ramble on about a package and being stuck in this life. Once you accept the quest, head out to the barn located to the right of the house where you found Janice.

You can get the quest from a human ghost in the second floor of a building at Felstone Field. You go to Stormwind to get a half necklace from ol'emma (not sure where exactly) then for the other half you come back to the same farm at Felstone Field and kill undeads for the other half of the necklace.
