Jan 17, 2024 · I tested Heat vanes in 3 fletch pretty extensively and based on that testing my opinion is that hunting with fixed blades and 3 Heat vanes (helical or otherwise) is flat irresponsible. They don’t stabilize well enough. If using Heat you have to go 4 fletch. But I also see no point in 4 fletch.

Feb 16, 2024 · I have used 3 fletch heat for some of my broadhead vanes over the past few years. I can get all my broadheads to fly true with them, in practice. They are quiet. I use them comfortably with exodus swept, iron will solid, g5 striker and any mechanical head.
