Feb 13, 2024 · In 2023, the history of ComFree ended. What once was the largest private sale company in the world lost its way in the competitive landscape of real estate. They were a full-service brokerage charging thousands in commission and no longer offering the fully-supported private sale option.
Any recommendations on grapevine vs comfree. I have used grapevine before and have had positive experiences with them for rentals. It just seems that comfree has a lot more traffic. Functionality wise they both seem to offer similar services (listing on MLS, 3 packages, photos, offer review etc).
So I looked around and comfree will act as the buyer agent and only takes $5k of the commission and gives you a cheque for the rest. Seems pretty sweet. Has anyone done this?
