Jun 20, 2016 · The confusion stems from the fact that the Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) has made a mistake in printing the grade equivalent table. For example, A+ is 3.6-4 GPA, but A is not 3.2 to 3.6, it is 3.2 to 3.59. Similarly, D+ is not 1.2 to 1.6, it is 1.2 to 1.59.
